Our vertical milling centers can accommodate sizes up to 600 x 450 x 200mm. Most requirements are considerably smaller and can be multiply loaded for process value.

We offer CNC turning with swing capacity up to Ø350mm and Ø63mm (2.5″) bar capacity with bar pulling for automatic operation and value.
Driven tooling and c-axis allow accurate angular orientation and concentricity of milled and drilled features.
In-process recorded measurements are taken at intervals instructed by engineer to ensure dimensional compliance and that visual inspection is passed.

Thirteen programmable axis and twin spindles allow one hit turning and milling for full alignment and dimensional conformance of your product.

Fantastic surface finishes and exceptional tolerance holding result from machining under neat oil and in the perfect cutting conditions a sliding head lathe creates.
We can hold tolerances of only a few microns for your high precision requirements.

We work closely with our finishing processes providers. We can arrange for your products to be anodised, plated, coated or painted to the highest standards. Hardening and surface treatments for steel can also be included in your order.
Our in-house inspection of the finished components before storage or dispatch means you will only receive and pay for well finished components, removing your risk compared to sourcing finishing separately.
Great packaging and careful handling allows your order to reach you in perfect condition.

Control intervals are determined for recorded measurements to be taken during the machining process using our calibrated gauges and measurement devices.
Our own Level Developments products require high accuracy and cosmetic quality as they are end-user facing angular measurement devices. We will provide your components with the same level of care.
